​One-Day Registration Fees

IASC 2015 is offering one day registration rates to attend the main conference session days: Tuesday, May 26; Wednesday, May 27 and Friday, May 29. This fee includes:


  • Attendance of all plenary, concurrent panel and policy sessions at  Shaw Conference Centre and University of Alberta Campus for the day of registration.
  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
  • A daily conference package that includes a printed program, name-tag, pen and notepad.
  • Wi-fi access in Shaw Conference space.


Boxed Lunch may be added for $15 per day. Pre-conference Workshops  (Monday, May 25) and Fieldtrips (Thursday, May 28) are also available for an additional charge. If you wish to attend the Opening Ceremony or the Banquet please contact Kelsey Dokis-Jansen at kljansen@ualberta.ca.



IASC Member Discount

​We are offering a $20CAD discount to all IASC members who are only registering for one day. Please see the IASC website for more information about membership. 



Cancellation & Refund Policy

One-day registration refunds will only be granted if an email request is sent to our conference coordination office at commons.2015@gmail.com by May 15, 2015.
